Mission San Juan Capistrano- August 2008

For August we decided to go somewhere nice and cool. Mission San Juan Capistrano fit the bill just right. After our chapter meeting and breakfast we headed on out, we took the 10 Hwy east to Hwy 74 straight down to the mission.

For some of us who has never been to the mission, it sure was an eye opener. This place is beautiful. Between the majestic flowers and the age of the buildings there was quite a bit to see. Go to this website http://www.missionsjc.com/historic.html  for a quick history of this wonderful place.
